Resident
Fee Information!
Prices Include: Meals, snacks,
lodging, secondary insurance, program and program staff, equipment/materials,
and pre-camp visits/teacher planning meetings. Call for current
fees.
Length of Stay: Residential
programs are held for two, three, four, or five days. LMC
believes a longer stay is of more value so the fees are set
to encourage this.
Adults/Chaperones: Each
school is responsible for chaperoning its students. A fee
break is given in a ratio of students to adults, with one
teacher per classroom coming free of charge. Schools are encouraged
to follow school policy as to whether High School seniors
or parent chaperones are used. For chaperones only staying
over night and eating one or two meals, a lower rate is assessed.
Call for current fees.
Discounts: Due to less
demand for the winter season, there are 5-15% discounts given
for November, December, January, February, and March. Call
for current discounts.
Numbers and final payments:
During the previous school year, schools provide as accurate
numbers of students as possible. At the beginning of September,
of the current school year, each school is to give the number
of students that are enrolled and probably coming to camp.
A 50% cancellation policy is enforced if a group cancels,
downsizes the length of stay, or if the school varies from
the given September numbers by more than 5 students.
